Dr. Fowler is a board certified physician practicing obstetrics and gynecology. He has been a resident of Colorado since 2002.

He received a Bachelors Degree in Biology From Northeast Missouri State University in 1992. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996 from Oklahoma State University- College of Osteopathic Medicine.

His received his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan and at associated hospital training centers including Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit Medical Center, Harper Hospital, Hutzel Women’s Hospital, and Detroit Receiving Hospital.

He was granted a scholarship from the National Health Service Corp. during medical school and served in medically underserved communities in Missouri and Colorado before beginning his private practice in Pueblo in 2004.

Dr. Fowler lives in Pueblo with his wife Lori and their three daughters. They are both active in the community and are involved with volunteer organizations. Dr. Fowler also serves as the medical director for A Caring Pregnancy Center which provides pro-life counseling services to women in the community.
